1. Bila kita tawarkan harga jual sebab harga tengah tinggi , ada customer yang main forex akan bandingkan graph emas dengan graph forex. Encik Rasdan pesan graph emas tak sama dengan graph forex. Ini untuk pengetahuan bersama sahaja kerana kita tak dapat lagi customer macam ni.
2. En Rasdan remind yang dia selalu tengok figure branch , traffic customer daily jadi dia faham kalau ada branch yang memang tak sempat nak buat LLC call list. 
3. En Rasdan remind juga mengenai KPI branch dan LLC. Jadi kalau nak KPI cantik, jaga figure LLC.
