I think, in 5 years, I’d probably be a fresh graduate in college, or maybe recently got a job. I hope at this point I’ve been accepted to my dream job and have not strayed away from my passion. I hope I’ve been happy with my decisions and, despite regrets, have moved on from them and have accepted them with pride. The internet has always influenced me to discover a lot of things even way back in my childhood – from doing graphic design to writing to loving traditional art, I’ve explored quite a few mediums throughout my lifetime and have always had a love for the arts and anything digital. It was the same time when I discovered a new group of friends (that would eventually become the barkada I’d do anything for come 2017). I was having a hard time creating a closer bond to the other girls in the group because I was too shy and anxiety-driven to even try. I think, if I could, I’d have rather just sucked it up and talked to them, even if I’d probably say the most boring and awkward thing in the world. There was this one important girl – I won’t name her – that I think, if only I got along with her sooner, she wouldn’t have left the group by 2015. I still have some regrets about it, but at this point it’s just a fond memory to me. We really didn’t get along when I was younger, but as time passed by our relationship grew closer and now I can’t imagine surviving life without her. She’s always supported everything I did and would always help me criticize my work or generate ideas for a project. She’s also very fun to be with and pretty much acts much like my best friend.

I’d also like to include my barkada back in junior high school who were also the source of my happiness back when I was lost in the dark. When I wouldn’t know when to step or what to do, or if my anxiety kicked in and I start to panic, they’d always make sure to be there for me and help me survive. They’re a huge part of my life and I would willingly do anything for them in return.

What were the thoughts, feelings and actions that you experienced? renma13 https://padlet.com/renma13/1hgd633d9993/wish/242667043 I feel like I’ve yet to experience the actual “turning point” in my life since nothing’s really happened to me that really “changed my life completely”, so to say. But so far, I think my turning point at the moment would be when I discovered my love for graphic design back in 2012. This enabled me to discover Photoshop and the beauty of photo editing. From there, I knew that I somehow wanted to be able to edit stuff as my future career – like, say, layout design. From there, I started to create book covers online as well as making graphics for fandoms I’m into. I also had a phase where all I did was edit signatures for forums online.
