         <description><![CDATA[<div>Problem - In a dicsussion, the teacher tends to cut students off during the student's explanation of an answer.  This usually makes the student feel stupid, embarrassed or more importantly as though their answer is wrong when it might not be.<br><br>Solution - All individuals in the classroom should allow each other to finish a thought/answer before talking, regardless of the assumed correctness of an answer.  A probable consequence is relinquishing the right to speak in a discussion.</div>]]></description>
