Due to our inflexible curriculum, we have many learner's falling behind and re-testing is required which leads to teacher burn-outs. I feel that training should be incorporated into our Varsity to help build teachers confidence before they even step into the classroom. Teachers need to be able to accommodate all learners.

The evaluation does not consider the different backgrounds of schooling experienced by learners.
