What is the purpose of the AUP? Is it clear?

It is clear in the Olathe School District document. They break down how tech is a vital in education but we must understand the rights and responsibilities of the staff and district. They go on to describe their definition of technologies and what the AUP applies to.

Is there any language that is confusing or might lead to any confusion?

I really don't think so. It seems very clear to me and easy to understand.

What appears to be the most important clause, provision, guideline, term, etc?

I think the most important guideline is the definition and examples of the Appropriate Use and Unacceptable and Inappropriate Use sections.

Are there any blank spaces or things missing that you expected to see?

I noticed that in the Definitions of Technologies section, there is a breakdown of the many different types of tech that the district is using. They make sure to also note, ", including any and all new technologies adopted and deployed by the district, as they become available." I think this is to ensure that any future tech not named in the AUP is still part of the AUP.
