But if multiple countries want the food that was being used by a handful of locals there is a problem. Especially poor countries such as The Democratic Republic of Congo.  Something that could benefit the country more is if they trade with a country that has some resources that the country they don't have. The Congo's biggest trading partner which is South Africa.
