         <title>Biography of Albert Luthuli</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- South African teacher, activist and first person of African heritage to receive the Nobel Peace Prize.<br>- Luthuli was elected president of the ANC (African National Congress) in 1952<br>- The ANC, led by Luthuli  an opposition to the white minority government in south africa<br>- He received the Peace Nobel because of his role in the non-violent struggle against Apartheid.<br>- It suffered during the great segregation that occurred in South Africa, in which the African population lost land and poverty increased considerably.<br>- "Your solution is to take our cattle today, because you took our land yesterday" phrase said by Albert Luthuli after the rehabilitation process of the South African government, which forced blacks to sell all cattle to the white population at a reduced cost.<br>- Luthuli's status as chief put him in a position to observe the government's claims.<br>- After the approval of the sugar law, which further affected the poverty of the African population at the time, Luthuli revived the Groutville Bantu Cane Producers' Association, which allowed African farmers to pay production costs in advance.<br>- Albert protested the use of force by the state to suppress a massive strike by an African miner, in addition to condemning the reactionary character of the Union's Native Policy, which exposed the South African government to a facist policy.<br>- He claimed that the government was deaf to African cries of pain in response to oppressive segregationist measures.<br>- In may 1953 the apharteid regime banned Luthuli and claimed that its political activities promoted hostility to the south african union.<br>- He was confined to Groutville and prohibited from entering the main cities of South Africa, making speeches, visiting the ANC and participating in political meetings or public meetings.<br>- Special branch police stepped up their attacks on Luthuli's home in search of subversive documents.<br>- The Minister of Native Affairs denounced him to parliament as a dangerous radical defending equal rights.<br>- The prime minister classified the ANC group led by Luthuli as a terrorist.<br>- Another prohibition suffered by Luthuli lasting 5 years confined him to 24KM from his home, which was only temporarily suspended during his treason trials.<br>- He participated in the organized burning of passes after the Shaperville Massacre.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>Beyoncé Giselle Knowles Carter é uma cantora, compositora, produtora musical e atriz norte americana e considerada um dos maiores ícones do mundo da música pop mundial. </div><div> Nascida em Huston, Texas, Estados Unidos, em 04 de setembro de 1981, Beyoncé sempre se destacou no coral do colégio e da igreja que frequentava.</div><div> Seu pai Mathews Knowles é produtor musical e empresário, é um afro-americano e sua mãe Tina Knowles é figurinista e estilista de cabelo, descendente de crioulos da Luisiana.</div><div>Ficou conhecida mundialmente em 1997 ao integrar o grupo feminino de R&amp;B Destiny’s Child, que já vendeu mais de 50 milhões de discos. Mesmo quando ainda estava no grupo, Beyoncé fazia trabalhos solo, onde em 2003 lançou o álbum “Dangerously in Love”, que logo se destacou como um dos maiores da época ganhando diversos prêmios. Junto com as outras integrantes do Destiny’ Child, Knowles ganhou diversas premiações, e não demorou muito a se destacar como a cantora principal do grupo. </div><div>Foi em 2006 que o grupo se separou, e foi quando ela lançou seu segundo álbum intitulado “B-Day”, que novamente foi muito prestigiado, marcando assim definitivamente sua carreira solo. </div><div> Toda a carreira musical de Beyoncé é marcada por receber muitas visualizações e curtidas, além de todo o prestígio dos fãs e as premiações. Em 2010 Beyoncé veio ao Brasil pela primeira vez com a turnê “I am Tour”.</div><div>Beyoncé é casada com o rapper americano Jay-Z, com quem tem 3 filhos, Blue Ivy Carter, nascida em 7 de janeiro de 2012 e os gemêos Rumi e Sir Carter.</div><div>Em 1 de fevereiro de 2017, ela revelou em sua conta do Instagram que estava esperando os gêmeos, onde recebeu mais de 6 milhões de curtidas em 8 horas, quebrando o recorde do site.</div><div> Ainda nos dias atuais Beyoncé ainda é considerada um dos maiores nomes da música pop no mundo todo, Bey como é carinhosamente chamada pelos fãs, é considerada a princesa do pop.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
