My parents are both from Nicaragua but I was born here in the US. I am 19 years old and currently entering my sophomore year here at mdc. I love working on cars and just seeing them in general. Cars have always been something I loved playing with and learning about since I was a little kid. Now that I’m older it’s better for me cause I get to drive and work on them on my own. Right now I have a job at FPL in the customer service department.  This is my first real job but it’s something I had to get used to because it has to do with a lot of talking to customers. I can definitely say it has helped me become better at communicating and also helped me become more fluent in Spanish. A unique thing about myself is that I always put others first. I don’t think a lot of people have that quality nowadays in our society. I am the type to forget about my problems and help others with theirs. I hope in reading this you are able to get a glimpse of who I really am.

Firstly, peacocks have disrupted the environment in Miami by damaging property and gardens. Their natural instinct is to peck at cars, scratch vehicles, and eat plants and flowers in gardens has led to frustration among homeowners. This property damage can result in costly repairs and landscape maintenance. The solution that many people have suggested to the county commissioners is that they do vasectomy on the peacocks but not everyone is on board or agrees to the procedure. One thing that worries everyone is that when it gets to mating season they become more aggressive and can pose a threat to many people. I think there is a better way to help this problem which is to relocate all of them to a better home. I completely agree that they are damaging people's property and causing them to spend money on things that they wouldn’t usually spend on and wouldn’t have to spend on if they weren’t there in the first place. I do believe that performing the vasectomy will decrease the population.
