10:10 I was given the charge by ‘Mam Madeha’. From 10:10 till lunch I silently observed the team and the hierarchy of the team.

Little Pointers:

·          Sir Preparing the students for the interview

·         Sir Mustajab had an Exam, he was preparing for it along with his work

I heard the word ‘Block Account’, Experience letter verification, UKVI Module issue and a rule that from this point on student can particularly attempt a module he failed.

Then I had a brief meeting with “Senior Processing Head Mam Sajjida”. What we discussed and I observed is that I have to manage the smooth admission process of students, meet deadlines, update sheets, Do university communication, Maintain check and balance, make sure that the application is put in 24 hour time-span if all the documents are available. Make a daily report.

Also, familiarize myself with CRM. (If there are any other duties added to it I’ll be “inn” for them as well.  

Then I checked some updates regarding the universities

LSBU 5 jan 2024 is the last enrollment date so urgent Pre-CAS Interviews are required, followed by CAS. Subsequently, Priority Visa is requested to avoid any refusals.

BPP March intake is open offering all Management and LLM Streams

Abertay: Last date of application for September is 15 July 2024. And requirement for SOP is 700-900 words (Plagarism Free).

Then I thoroughly read the contents of the website of “Uni-Guide”. Services, Mission, Vision, Chairman’s Message and I started reading one by one regarding the countries.

In the meanwhile I had a quick 5 to 10 Minutes meeting with Sir Junaid and he asked me to look into the universities and their location and in the very next meeting we will discuss on that.

I took the list from Mam Sajjida and quickly go through it. Also I got the drive access.

Sign Up at 9:26 “My General Knowledge Day”

Today I started my day with marking my previous day attendance and got to know about the Sign In time that is 9:15 sharp. I’ll make sure to drop-by at 9:10.

At 9:30 I was in my Cabin and started working.

Firstly, I started working on the task assigned by Sir Junaid along with some research.

There is a “syetem confusion” and “work flow clash” from my previous company e.g.

·       Uni Guide don’t use ‘Deskera CRM’

·       There are no Quad’s to be updated

·       There is no Admission Toolkit

·       There are no apply notes

·       Sheets are updated on daily basis.

·       Uni Guide has a direct application portal for the university.

Then I did my research on ‘Block Account’ for Canada and Germany. Also I had a 10-15 minutes meeting with the staff regarding the SDS and Non-SDS program of Canada.

I started making a sheet for my own convenience using all these points.

Meanwhile, I got a case of Japan of a student who has done CS with 8 bands in IELTS. I had a discussion with Mam Sajjida regarding him and I am maturing the student. As soon as I will get his documents, his process will be started. He is in the loop.

Moreover, Miss Sajjida told me about the GTE-Genuine Temporary Entry.

Then I started memorizing the university names and locations. I have memorized universities in Japan (3), Korea (10), Australia (20), and Canada (33)… still working on UK and USA and Europe (I will memorize them gradually with the passage of time and everyday working.

Then I checked the Application Document Checklist of all the countries and Made notes for myself.

I created my own data management folder apart from drive and I’ll update it on alternate basis.

Then I Started searching on different levels of UK Education and I started making my notes on it.

I created my Padlet which I’ll update and share on daily basis.

Sign Up at 8:45 “Getting Along with Everyone”

Today I started my day at 9:15 with getting to know my team a bit more. Sundas, Rahat, Sabahat. Zoofishan was late.And took care of the pending task of previous day. I did my thorough research on “UK” and created a thourough ‘Padlet Guide’. Then I went throught the lists Master list, Direct student list etc. In the meantime I started observing the team.

Then I made a flowchart of UK.

At 12:00 I had a meeting with Mam Sehrish regarding ‘Australia Application workflow’ and then I had a meeting with Sir Junaid regarding Padlet creation, sharing the Padlet. And updating it on day to day basis.

As this work need a lot of research and reading, it took my whole day approx.

I observed that there was a review issue in the ‘SOP’ as the student and admission officer had contradiction of opinion.

Then I had a meeting at 4:08 with Wittenborg University Netherlands Correspondent. Then I shared the meeting notes and updated them on the drive along with the slides at 8:16pm

Sign Up at 9:01am “Chiaroscuro in office”

Today I actively started working at 9:09 am. While Alina and Sabahat came downstairs and started working as soon as they stepped in the office, other admission officers took 5-10 minutes to ‘gear up’ for a ‘packed’ day.

I had a discussion with the ‘Team’ who attended the ‘Wittenborg’ meeting yesterday regarding the Gap acceptance. Because me and miss Amna got confused in this. But, the admission officers also had the same question on their mind so I asked Mam Amna to verify this Via Email communication.

Then we had ‘Tilawat e Quran e Pak’ and Dua and our day commenced properly at 9:30 am.  

Today my agenda is to make flowchart of Australia, Wittenborg, and update the information I had on Australia. Also to research on CRM.

Before break:

·       I completed the Australia flowchart, Witterborg University Flowchart and updated it in the sheet and padlet.

·       Sent the padlet access to sir junaid.

·       Had a quick 5-10 minutes discussion with mam sajjida regarding yesterday tasks.

·       I took CRM (Training) but only part 2 was available. (I notified regarding it to Mam Sajjida)

·       Learned how to put filters in excel sheet to

·       Started working on CANADA and AUSTRALIA

·       USA one pager is not in the folder I notified Mam Sajjida Regarding this

·       Mam Ayesha shared the meeting notes of ‘Witterborg’, I asked Mam Sajjida to upload a voice note or not, if she will allow me I’ll upload

Apart from that we got to see ‘Sir Junaid’s little Toy version’ It was a token of appreciation from OIEG group. Sir Junaid invited us to see that. Anam had a meeting with Sir Tanveer today and she got to learn new things, same case is with me.
