To to express suggestions, we can use:

The most common structure of giving suggestion:
Subject + Should/Could + Verb 
·       Maybe, you should take a science lesson.
·       Perhaps you could stay in the ship if you’re afraid.

1. Example Asking Suggestion

Offer, is something when we  offering something or putting forth or suggesting for consideration, acceptance or rejection.

Format of a formal invitation:
  1. The subject line (the theme/subject of event)
  2. Sender’s or Host’s names
  3. The request for participation, 
  4. The time and/or date of the event. The name of the place and location with complete address
  5. Contact information of the host
 
Additional/optional:
  • The occasion for invitation 
  • A map of where the event will take place
  • The request for reply or RSVP
  • Any other details or information
  • Organization's letterhead

  • Recipient’s name and/or address
 
Tips for writing a formal invitation:
  • Use formal and polite words with a suitable tone.
  • Be respectful and positive
  • Always give the full, complete information about the event
  • never forget to proofread
  • Give proper instructions
  • Follow the format

Formal invitations are usually used for a wedding, business seminars, black-tie events or parties, award ceremonies, dinners, etc. Unlike informal invitations, formal invitations are usually written in a more polite, pleasant  and  courteous manner

The purpose of the text is to convince the reader that the topics presented was an important topic to be discussed or gained attention by way of providing arguments or opinions that support the main idea or topic.


Generic Structures
 - Thesis, Introduces the topic and shows speaker or writer's position; Outlines of the arguments are presented. 

- Arguments, It consists about Point and Elaboration:  
• Point, states the main argument 
• Elaboration, develops and supports each point of argument 

- Conclusion, restatement, restates speaker or writer's position 


Language Features
- An analytical exposition focuses on generic human and non human participants. 
- It uses mental processes. It is used to state what the writer or speaker thinks or feels about something. For example: realize, feel etc. 
- It often needs material processes. It is used to state what happens, e.g. has polluted... etc. 
- It usually uses Simple Present Tense and Present Perfect Tense.
