The data we just looked at impacts our jobs because we have a high population of ELL students in our district.  We have to figure out how to support them since it appears that as they move on to higher grades the gaps get bigger.

We need to be able to prepared our students with higher academic language for the rigor of middle school.

In Third Grade, 84% of students are being "R-Fepped". In the primary grades, teachers work hard to reclassify our students. We noticed that EO's seem to be tracking right along with the district.  We also noticed that ELL's fell well below especially in middle school.  We wonder if that may be because there is less support in Middle and High School.

Why are the percentages for proficiency in math of  IFEPs so much higher than EOs? With all the programs for EL's, it seems like the EOs are getting left behind.

We noticed that the I-Feps took a sudden downturn in math after 11th grade and we wondered what could have caused that. 
In ELA, the R-Feps went down the most. The I-Feps went down, then up, then sharply down. We don't have any ideas for why this is happening. We are reading other posts to find out.
