The main face in this piece is that of the woman, her facial features and hair seem to be swirling into animals and other creatures. This could signify parts of her personality or her alter egos, all swirling and working together to become one-her face. However certain elements do seem to be more prominent, perhaps showing a fight amongst her feelings and personalities, all struggling to gain prominence.

The lines and swirling elements of this piece appear to have been created using acrylic paint, and in the background have been combined with a sponge to create a modern take on perhaps a cardboard background. However, Steve Wilson is known for using Photoshop and editing apps to enhance his colours and smooth out lines- a controversial method amongst some artists.
