i would say my best soft skill is dependability, just doing what you've been asked and not being lazy about what your doing, and doing it right and not messing up goings along with that.

My worst soft skill is teamwork because I don't have a lot of patience for people.

Problem-solving is a big one for me. Growing up, I've been pretty good at naturally finding solutions to problems or challenges.

My tip for getting better at it is just trying to break down the problem at hand and chip away with small solutions to find the big solution.

I am very good at team work, working with kids takes more than one person.

My tip is to agree to disagree and to just help people when they need help, it goes a lot faster then saying no and having to explain why.
