The reason being would be that majority of the Chinese travelers were tech savvy, educated and knew exactly what they want when they travel to Singapore. One of the factors in the micro environment that would impact SG tourism would be customers. According to the article, there was an increase in Chinese and Indian tourists which resulted in an increase of tourism receipts. This results in many tourism-related organisations in Singapore to change to adapt to the rising tourists such as having more staff to learn to speak mandarin or learn Chinese etiquette.
