Hello po! I'm martin from Lipa City Batangas. I just wanna share my experience with everyone! Ahm, my highschool journey is not like as common as everybody, pero I enjoyed it naman po. I learned a lot, pero not everyone know na I was struggling for 3 years. Pilit ko pong nilalayo ang sarili ko sa mga tao because of what happened in the past. Parang nagka-trauma ako. Though lumayo and hindi ako naging open sa tao. Jesus made a way para matuto ako, binigyan nya ako ng maraming opportunities. Naging student leader ako, and I can say na yong nangyare sa past kong yon, sa isang tao, just yesterday, kinausap ko sya. And now we're okay and I'm okay. Amen po

I've had many experiences in my journey as a YFC. And one Jesus experience was when I met a young boy on the streets. I spent time with him. He was begging for money. Instead I brought him to jollibee and I also brought him to see his other brother. They shared food and our conversation was amazing. It was like Jesus reminding me of how much He loves each one of us.

My first ever time to serve the camp and first tongue worship and I was able to receive His Gift of tongues and that was my chosen gift to receive during my camp. I may have lost my grandma that time but Jesus give me His Gift. His Love is Awesome indeed.

- I want to share sa nangyari kahapon sa day 1. sobrang saya kasi as in unexpected yung saya kahit sa online lang yung ICON because of pandemic. wala padin pagbabago yung saya online man o sa mismong event talaga na magkakasamang nagwoworship, sumasayaw at iba pa. iba talaga si god, panalo talaga.

i actually want to thank someone who is really close to God and helped me to follow Him. I really had a bad anxiety and depression since elementary i think since i got bullied a lot and got harassed by my classmates, even my step dad.. But I thank this person who encourages me every time i went through hard times. I am now 10 months free from suicidal thoughts and self-harm.

- hello po. i want to share po yung happiness ko with my friends kahapon. never pa po kasi ako nakapag-ICON eh. 2019 lang po ako nagstart sa YFC and yung supposedly first ICON ko po last year is hindi natuloy dahil sa fundemic. kahapon po super happy ko kasi kahit through zoom, nakasama ko mga kaibigan ko mag-ICON. sabay sabay po kami nanuod ng live mula after hangouts hanggang gabi ☹️💓

- gusto ko pong mas lumamang na yung pagmamahal sa puso ng bawat isa. gusto ko pong matagpuan na / matagpuan nang muli lahat si God para sa gano'n mag-end na rin yung lahat ng mga negative na ginagawa at ibinibigay nila sa mundo :((

Love like this.
This session makes me love my self again, this past few days actually months I don't really know what's happening in my life, I am so unmotivated and can't do anything even though I have a lot of things to do. Yesterday one of the comment in that session made me realize what love is, it says that "Love is Love, not to defined but to be felt."

I've praying to be okay, I pray for my sister health. I pray that the world will be back in the normal, I'm too tired for this new normal set up.

1. It has been an honor for me to experience ICon again even if it's just online or conducted virtually. I am blessed to be one of the chosen children of our tito's and tita's to get free registration so I'm making the best of this experience. I am happy, and grateful to meet new people. Being with them in the same room, and just having fun.

1. My experience here in ICON 2021 is super awesome! Even though this ICON is not like the other ICON, still the presence of God is there. We may be a part from each other but the feels is still there. From the opening worship, to hangouts, session 1 and evening worship you will still feel God.
2. I pray for those people who are suffering, not only they suffer from hunger but also who are suffering from mental break out. I pray that Our Lord may heal the world and it's people. I pray for peace and love for all of us.
