My name is Cintia Ortiz Mejia I am 36 years old I am from chimichagua Cesar, I dedicate myself to housework although I am currently studying psychology, I live in free union, that is, I have not married yet, I have a beautiful  2year old son named Ghael, I usually use my spare time to play with my son.

I have been living for a long period in the municipality of Curumani located in the department of Cesar, I live in a rather small house with my husband and my son Ghael, this west of the municipality in a neighborhood that has by name Sara Lucia.

The house has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a terrace and patio, since the apartment where I live has a tropical climate, as this house is quite hot apart from that we are spending a very intense summer, however this place is quite cozy so we are very happy hare, my son usually likes to spend time on the terrace since it is cooler than inside, for all of moving to another place, and more because this house is not our property.

Normally I get up when my son wakes up, usually it´s around 5 o 6 in the morning, I immediately bathe him and fix him for his trip to school, after taking him I return home to prepare my breakfast and that of my husband that is more or less around 8 in the morning, I almost always prepare eggs accompanied by bread and additionally we also eat fruits, after this I don´t leave the house anymore because I work from here, my second outing of the day is when I am going to pick up my son from school, after all of lunch early because I like to eat at about 12:30 when my son is home for both of us to have lunch since my husband is not at that time is at home, as far as possible I try to ensure that my lunches are accompanied by protein, whether vegetables or animal, also rice and vegetables.

I usually invest my free time in helping my son with his homework and the other part in playing with him, after that I prepare to make dinner, this is between 6 or 7 at night, if  possible I prepare something light for myself like an oatmeal or fruit smoothie.

After the aforementioned I brush my son´s teeth and mine and we get ready to sleep and rest after a long day full activities. 

As for my weekends, I use them to go to church and enjoy my family, on the other hand, English is something that I have always liked, but I had never paid attention to it due to lack of time, but now I am leaving to commit to learning more of this language.

Esta etapa es bastante enriquecedora para nuestra formación como un profesional integral, ya que refuerza en otro idioma, abriendo más oportunidades. Ya queda en cada uno de dedicarse y aprender de este nuevo idioma.
