what we mean when we say the other is that they are people who are not apart of our countries. the words and images we post about them cannot be fully creat but they can ecourge or mislead the people in diffrent ways of thinking. just like the last poster we reveiwed today people were wondering why the nazi were being pursacted for the right ideas. so the nazi blamed it on the jews and that all the enimes great britan america and russia is all in some way lead by the jews. this proganda can awnser peoples questions but not with knowelege but hate. thats why people produce proganda to get ethier people encourged about their country or during war to especliay hate the other side. nazi propganda was mostly effective on the people and lead to many people joing the army or more people joing the cause and hate of the jews.
