Teachers are asked to document technology activities (including digital citizenship and coding) within their plans. Recently, staff have also begun to share student learning on Twitter. By utilizing Tweetdeck, we can often see the amazing things going on in classrooms. Seesaw and our campus Tech YES committee also provide us notifications on the use of technology.

We make time for teachers to do learning walks in their own grade levels but other than collaborative planning and Twitter, we don't really have a structure for them to share with each other. I think it would be worthwhile to brainstorm some ideas that would stick, with regards to them sharing with each other.

During planning sessions, Learning Walks and Classroom Observations when we see these applications we initial the board. The teachers can earn a prize when they get three in a row. Our teachers are very excited to share their new learning and Technology applications they are using in their classrooms. My third grade team created a "Valentine's Day Break-Out Box" for their students and they were so thrilled about the intentional learning that took place throughout the day. The students didn't want their parties to begin. They wanted to continue working on their Technology Projects!
