We decided to sell pen perfumes with a budget-friendly price, which is RM 5.00 for each item. The project went well overall, but there were some losses in the business due to our blunder in calculating the discount. The experience that I learn from implementing this project is that I can work together as a team and I understand that it is hard to start a business if we did not have knowledge in this field. For our business organization, I am the treasurer that responsible for this project financial. It is challenging for me because of the responsibility to keep my eyes on the income money, so there no errors in our business finances. Moreover, we also need to work on improving my communication skills with customers to create a professional customer service and to make people interested with our product.
