         <description><![CDATA[<div>In a school where Black lives matter, Black students are respected, seen and treated as equals. Their voices are heard, they are seen for who they are, and feel relevant to the community. In a school where Black lives matter, Black students do not feel targeted, they do not feel isolated, disrespected or second class. In a school where Black lives matter, people understand implicit bias and actively identify ways and words in which they break people down, in order to stop perpetuating those biases and inequalities. In a school where Black lives matter we have circles to restore harm done in terms of racial bias to help the community heal.</div>]]></description>
