Success is often judged externally or by comparison to other people.<br><br>Summary: We can make ourselves more happy if we put in the effort because it is about 40% in our control. When we try to be happy we often find ourselves thinking if I'm successful I will be happier. Happiness is different for everyone while success is compared to the external things around us.</div>]]></description>
