Really pretty presentation that got straight to the point and was within the allotted time frame with solid content.

Definitely a high quality presentation overall, with a clear and confident speaking voice. 

Grow: 
The slides were good, but sometimes there may have been too many words on a single slide. Presentation itself was detailed yet concise with relevant  personal anecdotes. Technically speaking, great use of simplicity and other presenting techniques in reference to the TED Talk. 

Grow:
Speaker himself was effective, but sometimes I would find myself getting distracted on certain pauses or tangents. Overall, for me clearly an experienced and well spoken presenter. Knows how to keep a great pace while still tackling what needs to be said, which shows when the presentation is almost exactly 10 minutes in length. Also, great combination of content with personal info. I also liked the use of certain animations to generate focus. 

Grow:
