         <description><![CDATA[<div>Symptoms of the flu can vary person to person. The main symptom of the flu is a fever. With fever comes a lot of others such as fatigue and headaches. Having a sore throat or runny nose is normal when you have the flu. The flu can make you dehydrated and cause muscle weakness also.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The main prevention from the flu is the flu shot. This does not guarantee total immunity, but it will help build antibodies. Avoid touching your face can help stop the spread. Covering nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing is really important as well. Always make sure to wash your hands regularly also.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The flu can be acquired airborne which includes coughing and sneezing. This is just one of many ways the flu can be transmitted. If you touch a contaminated surface you have a chance to catch the flu. Kissing or sharing drinks leads to a high risk of contracting the virus. The biggest one is by skin to skin contact as little as a handshake can put you in risk for getting the flu.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The flu is treated different world wide. These vary from medications to home remedies. The most used treatment is oral medications or a shot. Drinking plenty of water also helps since you will be dehydrated. You need to make sure you get plenty of rest as well.</div>]]></description>
