I've seen lots of large and beautiful citys there. But, for me, the best city is Tbilisi. I don't know why... Maybe, just because it's my hometown. May Tbilisi isn't large, rich and popular, but it's very interesting with unique culture , history and traditions. Also, Tbilisi is well known as the city of old houses with open, wooden balconies and domes of the Sulphur baths. To my mind, Tbilisi is ancient city  with amazing combinations of old and urban buildings.
