I ordered your Sparkle necklace from your online store on 17 of November. I have already paid for 
it and it arrived sooner than I expected. I got the necklace as a birthday present for my friend. In your advertisement, it said that the necklace was nickle tested but my friend’s skin reacted to it very badly. Her neck was really itchy and red. She went to the doctor and got some soothing cream, which helped a lot. 
 
I hope you would take this incident into account if you are still running the same advertisement. You should review and change the advertisement, so that similar unfortunate incidents won’t happen. I’m hoping to get compensation from you after I’ve sent the product back, for my payment and for my friend’s medical treatment.

Cloud services have become very much of a common thing and other tools mentioned are still popular, if not more than before.

I think smartphones are great for making things easier, but we are easily too attached to them, since face-to-face communication is important too. With tablets you can easily bring your documents everywhere if you need to show them to someone. Cloud networks are great for keeping pictures, documents, etc and you open them wherever you want to without having to have a memory stick or card with you. Overall I think they are good at school and work to help things to run smoother.

These days everything is so internet centered, that it’s easy for hackers to cause great damage on banks or other services if they want to. It would be good if the security was better to avoid such things from happening.

We tend to be a bit reserved, so it may not come naturally. We should learn how to flatter. If we were better at basic small talk, it could give us more opportunities to connect and network with people, who could benefit us. Finnish people are good, attentive listeners which helps when there is something you want. Finnish are practical, but we also care about values and as people get closer to us, emotional appeal is possible. These days, working in groups instead of just working individually is is a big thing. People are not that reserved, that they can’t work well in groups. You can influence others inside that group and as you win them over, you can all work well towards what you’re trying to reach. We chose Ikea design blog for this blog analysis. http://www.theshare-space.com/Blog/ The blog doesn’t create any negative emotional barriers.  
The blog also doesn’t prevent readers from perceiving the intended message. Contrary to that, the blog showcases the company’s products and ideas in a design series. 
 
There is a positive attitude that also strives to better sales promotion. They also try to influence potential customers to feel like they want to buy their furniture, etc. 
 
Besides IKEA, the blog is not showcasing any other company's products.
They are aspiring to make their products appear as something that is very high quality by styling them. The style is very different from their catalogues. 
The topics are very superficial and they are presented neutrally. In the blog, there are many seasonal post like ones about Christmas, thanksgiving, Easter and many more.  
 
There are no bad intentions in the blog, because it is run by IKEA and the people who write it, are also IKEA employees. They use promotional type of language that is also very expressive with colors, materials many adjectives that describe the furniture and other things. The blog is also clear and easy to use. Nothing is vague or confusing. 
 
The posts are meant to increase sales, so there isn't any difference in the values of the workers. 
 
We chose Tuomon Luomy Oy for company, who hasn’t had a blog.
1.    Tuomon Luomu Oy is local company, whom customers are local people and retailers, so the blog is addressing to them. 
2.    The blog is unique and is presented same style as company website and whole brand. Layout and appearance is easily accessible and have natural color theme. 
3.    Yes, it is ethical. Company manufactures organic product, so the blog should be consistent to company’s values. 
4.    The blog is perfect because it showcases company’s products and other information about the company. The blog looks and sounds uniform with the company brand.

The companies can target their ads to the customers, who search for them or their products in search engines or social media sites. 

Conflicting is finding it good that the brand can easily and directly communicate with their customers, but at the same there is the not so good side of all the unwanted friend requests and low quality interpersonal connections.
