Settlement Day is a special holiday for the residents of Koltusha. It takes place annually on September 3 at the school square. Thousands of people come to draw a lottery, listen to a concert and watch fireworks. For children, they put up free fireworks, games, entertainment and give out free ice cream. No one is bored at this holiday because everyone has something to do. The settlement day begins in the morning, and in the evening a lottery takes place, then a concert and the holiday
