<title>U.S Gov Assignment The kneeling of the NFL football players is protected under the First Admendment. I believe this because they&#39;re expressing how they feel towards the hardship African Americans go through, such as police brutality. According to the Washingtonpost.com 223 Afrian Americans were shot and killed by the police. The NFL players are standing up for what they belive in and the First Admendment is freedom of sppech. I don&#39;t see anything wrong with what they&#39;re doing in my opinion. Some of the NFL players deal with the harship first hand, and without being violent this is the only way they can show people how they feel. They&#39;re just trying to show what is still going on in the world and doing so in a major platform so everyone can see and realize what truly still goes on. </title>
