They still use bright colors such as red, blue, etc. But, they gave the colors a more darker style so that the colors won't take over the image, instead they balanced it out by mixing the dark and bright colors together, and it actually worked. Although, I think that some of the colors would pop out and sometimes, the point of the color is to help understand the image, which happened to me.
