Asana- We used Asana which allows us to create projects, assign tasks, communicate about tasks, check teams tasks, check progress of all tasks and more. Asana is great for project management as it allows for WBS and more

Skype- I would use Skype to allow staff to communicate with each other in real time. Also if there is a problem understanding it allows them to show their computer screens and to give control of their computer. It has many different forms of communication including instant messaging, phone calls, video calls.

Zoom-Zoom is good because it allows meetings which has the option to control many parts of the meeting. Including who can speak, see. It also allows video recording for staff who can not attend. It also has great HD compatible video. It will be used for meetings and conference calls.

We chose Trello because of the size of the tasks we are undertaking and the size of our team. It will be the more efficient communication tool based on its ease of use, and the simplicity of the tasks.

We can use Trello to manage tasks in real time. We can manage: what tasks there are to do, who is assigned to each task, the current status of the tasks, and which ones have been completed. People can also add: comments on tasks, add check lists, and can also add attachments to it.

Insightly

we chose Insightly because its email-messenger and reports mean not only can staff communicate but they also have the ability to share progress or other information to each other which could be used to encourage discussion, project tracking also allows employees and managers to stay up to date with projects.

Insightly also offers different payment plans including a free option, making it more accessible.

Instightly uses a simple drag and drop interface that makes it easy to use and for people to collaborate. The user interface is displayed and updated in real time and also has a FaceBook like appearance which means users would already feel accustom to its use, it also allows for integration with many applications and multiple mobile platforms which allows it to be flexible meaning it is used in many industries. Insightly provides project management and the ability for users to generate multiple types of reports from the dash board.

Slack can be used for internal communication. Slack has a very simple and easy to use user interface. The team leader can create a Slack server for team members to join. The server can be split in to different channels. These channels can be for different projects, or just different conversation topics. This means that channels with important project related information will not be filled with irrelevant information.
Users can also sent private messages to other people in the server.

Slack has a large amount of user created extensions, expanding how slack can be used. Slack has a free plan, as well as several paid plans expanding on features for a business environment.

also most importantly it can be used to send memes

Teamwork is basically the best. It has gantt chart and stuff. There is a build in messenger, tones of extra stuff like who worked when, who did what. It has milestones and tons of other stuff that i don't know how to use cause i've just started using it. There is a 30 day free trial and the you have to pay and it costs $9 a month for premium which gets you way more stuff that i cant remember cause i didn't read it.

We selected Basecamp2 because it’s free for 60 days, basic and easy to use.
Basecamp provides a very useful method of internal communication.
It is easy to discuss and make plans with your team members and clients involved in a project.
it is easy to upload files such as meeting minutes, diagram or any other important documents.
setting up a project and inviting team members is done by entering the emails of the people you wish to involved to end the project.

This is a very useful tool that is easy to use. However, we don't think we would use it as a main communication because we have to pay for it after the free trials runs out.

We have chosen to use Jira because of the following features:

· The products aesthetics

· It’s ease of use

· It is readily accessible

· The pricing structure is very good, for example $10 a month, for a team that contains up to 3 members and $20 a month, for a team that contains 4 – 15 members

· Jira is also provided to open source projects that meet certain criteria through Atlassian. Companies that also come under the category of non-academic, non-commercial, non-governmental, non-political, non-profit, and secular are also provided a free version.

· The systems use of shortcuts are very good

· Navigating the product is simple and easy

· Users can create tasks and sub-tasks easily

· The management of these tasks and sub-tasks are also very easy because of all the indicators that are shown for the task for example: the status of the task, due date etc.

We decided to use Trello because its many pros outweigh its cons. It is free to join and good for smaller businesses in its basic form. The message boards are updated in real time and anyone who is invited to the group can add a board, edit existing boards, and add comments to the existing boards as well.

The user can receive emails of updates to the boards they can see via email so even if the user is away from the program, they will receive information about what has been added or altered. Unfortunately there is no Realtime chat unless you have a gold membership and integrate with Slack.

We have chosen Wrike because it is a best platform to breakdown work into teams. It works in 2 categories named project management application software provider and team collaboration. There are variety of languages available which is very comfortable for everyone to use it. It provides choice to select people according to their skills. We can easily manage our projects and track them and schedule according to ourselves. It makes work more efficient and it has messenger too. Every task is clearly defined in a list and we can add new task to the list anytime. We can easily communicate with other teammates. Wrike is integrated with Word, Google Drive, Excel. It grants you full control over your work

we used a project management tool called mavelink which is very easy to use and it lets you create all the tasks and project quiet easy and straight forward. You can add resources and assign resources to individuals, which can be assessed by people who have invitation for particular tasks. This is assigned by the administrator. Once a project is created you can then break down the tasks involved in it and then the next process is to put in a time frame for each tasks as well as assigning tasks to individuals or groups. creation of the gantt chart is pretty easy if you give in the right details it is all an automated process. Then you can derive a critical path for the project completion as well. communication between individuals is pretty transparent once the invitation is received then it's pretty visible for every one who is involved and all the data is updated to everyone and team members can see the status of their task and as well as the status of the overall project.
