While he laid down on a log

He watches other dogs go with their owner in the dawn

He lives in harlem so he loves to sing and dance

But he is black, and they are white, so he might not get a chance

He says to himself

“America oh america, why can't life be easy

I came to america to get opportunities

Not to be bleeding!”

He prays and prays, and thought America is the life,

But it turns out, nothing’s fair and nothing’s right.

The lonely dog lives on the streets

While other dogs are home with the heat

He thought he could earn money and be his own boss

But all he sees is homelessness and losts.

Until one day, god heard his prayers

And someone came to him with layers

They said “lonely dog

We are are glad you're here

We are looking for somebody to be in the clear

Would you like to be our boss in the google business

And think wisely because this is a once and a lifetime gig”

The lonely dog didn't hesitate and said yes

He knew deep in his heart that America is a land for opportunity,

As long as you're patient and have unity.
