I would like to thank my mentors and mentees.

When I first arrived at Mcdonalds marine cove, I was unsure of what to do and quite nervous for my first day. However, after getting mentored by my mentors and fellow employees, I learned the ins and outs of how mcdonalds worked. I learned how to work the ice cream machine, the drinks machine, how to attend to the customers and many more. My very first few days I made lots of mistakes, which allowed me to learn and grow from them.

Working at mcdonalds is also quite a visual process, as most of the things I learnt there was through observing other employees and learning from them and asking them for help.

I made a lot of new friends there and working at mcdonalds taught me discipline and to power through shifts where I felt extremely tired and wanted to give up.

Through this experience, I gained a lot more confidence and feel more capable.

I also learned to appreciate mcdonalds employees more, as now I know that working mcdonalds can be quite tiring and fustrating.

I would like to reach out a heartfelt thank you to my mentors and employees I worked with for teaching me how t be a mcdonalds worker and giving me a chance to work as a full time crew.

Hii mentors of kallang mcd ! Thank you so much for being patient with me during that period of that time , honestly was quite nervous and scary as I didn't know what to do and the fact that I have to start work at Sunday due to personal reasons was so much worser. Sunday is one of the busiest days to work on and on that day I get to adapt to the environment as I work to that workplace ! Honestly it was such a scary experience as I'm not a customer service kinda person but as I work in McDonald's, I found my new skills as I can talk to them without getting nervous anymore . Thank you to manager angelito, adib , asyikin , Andy and so many moree!!
