The author talks about how these two trees lives are very different but the same at the same time. The willow, lives in a big forest where it can stand nice and tall and drink water from a near by stream, but the Ginkgo lives in the city where every day he strives on rain and his root go through concrete. At the end of the simile, they said that the authors heart is to the ginkgo but her eyes is to the Willow. I think this means that everyone likes looking at the willow but everyone is amazed how the Ginkgo is living in the place it is at. I give this simile 4 out of 4 stars Because this sows how trees live and what they do to keep going, and that is just fun to listen to.#peaceonearth #Willow #Ginkgo #City #Wild #Free
