When I think of my workplace, I see a group of goal orientated individuals who support each other and produce good work. The big picture in my workplace is to meet ministry goals and bring the CSPA, 2019 into force. The difference in points of view is usually around what approaches should be taken to bring laws into force like either through regulations or policies. There are also some writing differences as well. Luckily, everyone works as a team and compromises.

-He got into politics from a very non-political word, as he was a former actor. He started in the 50s as a Republican and eventually became the Governor of California and then became the president in 1980.
-He possessed qualities of a transformational leader, as he was very charasmatic, inspirational, and focused on American values.
-What I learned from his presidency is that being charasmatic and able to gain public support or the support of your colleagues is crucial to being a successful leader.
-My takeaway lesson is to be a leader that focuses on doing things that support/relate to people's values.

-Last summer my grandfather passed away and it had a major effect on me as we were both really close. As a child, he watched me on a weekly basis when my parents were working. Out of his 4 grandchildren, I was his favorite.
-This event changed me, as it made me reflect on all the things that made him great, like the love and kindess he always displayed and how he enjoyed life by eating well and having at least one alcoholic beverage a day. I know what made him great and likable and I hope to be like him.
-His passing affected my identity as a leader, as it motivated me to want to be great, like he was, in his honour.
-From this experience I gained the insight of always trying new things, living life to the fullest, and to enjoy life because nothing lasts forever and life can change in an instant.
-A critical life event might not help someone become a great leader when someone fails to learn from the event.

-I have always had a vivid and large imagination since I was a child. I am constantly trying to develop my imagination through meditation and taking time each day to just think.
-As a true listener I would rate myself pretty high, since I always listen to what people say, do not interrupt them, and try to ask meaningful questions after listening. I am always fully interactive and involved when someone is speaking to me.
-I can improve this area by listening to more people and seeing how people's different cultures/traditions may affect how they want to be responded to.
-It is hard to develop empathy in adulthood, as it is taught at an early age. But a good way to develop empathy is to put yourself in someone else's shoes and really try to imagine what they are feeling in a certain situation.
-I tolerate imperfection well in others, as I am not judgemental nor am I rude. I am open and friendly to all people.
