Perspectives can be anything within a wide range of people. An example could be tax payers, people in poverty, and legal citizens. A stake holder is the same thing as a perspective, but its more specific. This can be teachers, doctors, lawyers, and police. lenses are like stakeholder and perspectives, but instead of looking through the eyes of people you look through the lens of a subject. Examples could be a scientific lens, political lens, and ethical lens.
