My name is Lishaant Sasikumar from SK Air Merah. I’m taking up the” TV Off Challenge” to celebrate the World Environment Day on 5^th June 2021.

I start the challenge by setting my daily goals to read at least 5 stories a day because I love reading. Hence, I allocated 1 hour time to play chess board game with my lovely father. I also started to learn to play the guitar. I love melodies music that calm and joy for me.

There was once, we found a baby bird at my house car porch front. So, I did a temporary bird house using shoes box and  old newspapers. After I put it into the box, I monitor it on daily basis by giving it food and water. After about 1 week, I noticed the bird was ready to fly. It was an amazing experience for me to save the baby bird and learned to do bird house using recycle materials.

We all need to do our part to help save the planet and we can’t rely on someone else to do it for us. I’m happy to be a part of this challenge by doing my part to save our mother earth and making this world a better place.
