Jaxon Goss - 9th reflective log but needs to go into more in-depth with explicit examples of how he actually problem solved.  All fine and on track.

Tiaho Richmond - On track to achieving (completed 7)

Kartiah Taiaroa - On track (up to 9th reflective log)

Grace Paltridge - On to it, no concerns, up to her 9th log.

Blaise Murray-Taaka - On track to achieving.

Plum King - No concerns on track to achieving.

Ngapera Parata - On track but only completed 6 logs. She needs to include the impact it had on others

Jasmine Heaney - Understands process, on track to achieving but only up to 6th. Needs to ensure all are completed.

Flynn McIvor - Only completed 4 logs, writing is ok but wasted time on Tuesday with no device. Sat the whole lesson doing nothing. Encourage to use initiative and hand write logs so next time can type them into her computer. Have asked him to catch up tonight by handwriting his reflective logs. Concerned he may not finish on time. 

Tuhokairangi Miller - No concerns he's on track to achieving.

Alazaye Logan - No concerns needs to have a variety not just effective communication.

Te Kohu - Trying really hard, but needs to write full reflective logs. Might need more assistance, can partner up Grace to help her. Must follow the 3 steps;
