* Robert Powell All day
*Costume department meeting (picking up costume)
*Prepared costumes for each cast member that was needed for the theatre scenes (Stacey-orange jumper) (Petru- trench coat) These were provided from the costume department
*All other costumes were organised by myself with discussing what each actor already had in there wardrobes. This became very useful as a lot of costume was covered which didn't take away from the budget
*Took pictures of the actors costume for continuity in the shots and future ones.
*I then helped out on discussing how certain shots could work as my personal jobs were done
Tuesday
* acting studio and cream scene in rehearsal room (makeup)
* The scene we filmed on the morning was a short little memory video where Finn gets cream thrown on his face. It was important for me to be ready waiting with makeup wipes for Brent between each take to ensure the shot didn't look like it had been attempted numerous times. luckily this shot only took roughly around 3 times to film.
*Afternoon, acting studio, practice rehearsal. (Nightmare)
*This was the first time i got too rehearse doing the makeup on the actors on set. This helped me get an idea of how much time i would be given to apply the makeup and how it would look on camera.
*i really enjoyed this as it gave me the chance to play around with certain looks for Taylor and Finn
Wednesday
*Georges flat (Morning) Casey bedroom Robert Powell (dressing rooms) 1-5
*the morning scene was very straight forward with costume and the scene was very short
*i stayed on set to ensure that there was no continuity errors with the costume
Thursday
* Green room (Hemsley house)
*This shoot was a long shoot and i stayed with Seb outside of the room for the majority of it as the room was very crowded so they wanted as little people in there as possible
*I only came into the room when there was any makeup or costume errors in this scene
*i helped out by bringing my own blankets to set for Finns bed while he was sleeping.
Friday
* Outside shoot old Adelphi (Protesting scene)
*Cast - Will (Superdry coat, black hoodie, jeans, trainers)
*Extras
*This shoot was very cold so we had to stay warm and motivated during this scene
*It also started raining at one point
*created signs for the protest with paint and cardboard

· Had a meeting as a group to discuss what role each person had in this production, cast and crew (Costume, hair and makeup)

· Filled in the medical and emergency contact forms

· I created a document and spoke to the cast about their sizing for costumes and if they had any makeup allergies

· As a group we looked at the look book presentation with the director and producers to help us understand the script more

· We had the first read through of the script with all cast and crew

· Spoke with cinematographer and lighting crew on certain scenes that would affect the costume

Tuesday

· I had very small one to ones with the cast of the film today to give them a chance of explaining their interpretation of their characters and if they saw themselves wearing certain costume. i made sure to make a note of certain things that stuck out to me for example Petru really wanted Morgan to have a trench coat so i made sure to list that as a necessity to look for when i meet with the costume department.

· Started creating my mood boards
*I had meeting with the costume department all week to ensure i had to costumed i definitely wanted to use for the final shooting days
*i loved working with the costume department as they were very understandable with what i wanted in certain scenes.

*i helped out with building the set at the theatre and clearing up at the end
*no makeup needed
*i would help log shots on this day
*I stayed on set for continuity reasons if there was any problems with costume

Tuesday
*Sebs house Casey meets Morgan (raining)(morning)
*i was mainly on set today to help out with equipment, i held an umbrella over the boom mic so it wouldn't get wet, we all needed to be there so nothing would get wet
*it went smoothly after we all started to work together well in making sure the actors were dry and also the camera and equipment
*(afternoon) acting studio new Adelphi nightmare scene irium and brent
*i loved this shoot as i got to do the actors makeup
*last week i got a rehearsal in this so i was aware at how much time i would have to be able to finish their makeup
*the costume worked really well with the other neon lights used for the set
*i helped build and pack up the set for this shoot as we needed to create our own bed in the acting studio

Wednesday
*Media city news studio (morning)
*I did George's hair for this shoot before filming and then stayed in the suite where we could still see the filming go on.
*this meant i could see continuity mistakes if there was any but also not been in the way of equipment as the room was very small and created risks of tripping or breaking equipment if there was too many people around
*Robert Powell theatre (afternoon) lights shoot nightmare scene
*This was an exciting shoot for me as i got to do iriums, brents and peters makeup and see the costume i had chosen come to life.
*the coat i had chose for peter to wear had to be taken off because it caused too much noise when he was moving around.
*I helped out by holding curtains back on this shoot to make the theatre more dark and so the back of the theatre couldn't been seen in the back of the shots on camera

Thursday
*Today in the morning we were shooting in Sebs house for the scene Harper has a flashback and see's her family asleep. This is a scene counted as a 'nightmare' so it needed the neon eye makeup. I chose for Harper to wear none neon clothes in this scene because its not a proper nightmare it is just a flashback of her remembering the bad times so it is like a nightmare in her eyes. Harper was however wearing a different dress to show the different settings of scenes she was taking part it.
*In the afternoon we were shooting on the roof top of the New Adelphi. The characters in this scenes were Max and Taylor. My main focus being on this shoot was to help out with equipment and also continuity for hair as the roof top was very windy.

The idea of the different colour palettes (this one being the 80's) was used to confuse the audience as when this film was set.
