There aren’t 45 species of fast growing bamboo, this one is a hibbrid of some of those species. Apearantly all 45 species grow at the same speed. To grow all plant species need to fill their sells, in this case with water, and bamboo should are very aficiente at doing so, so that is why they grow so fast.

In our current understanding, no it isn't. It's just a lot of mass condensed into an infinitely small place. It looks like a black nothingness because it's so heavy that it sucks light in. However, it's fully theoretical because we don't know anything about them other than their mass. We haven't even seen one because that's practically impossible.
