         <title>2)	 What resources need to be procured to reach this goal?  How will resources be obtained or reallocated to support this goal?All Professional Development for JCHS will be focused entirely on developing SBG District and Building wide.                                 Resources for professional development are but not limited to:            A) bringing in experts on SBG/Pacing &amp; PL                                                B) travel to see pacing/SBG in action at a school                                      C) time to identify competencies and align standards to them            These would be district PD funds as well as building support/funds.</title>

A)  Families and community members will be connected through                social media (Facebook; Twitter, Instagram, etc…), e-mail, and                news stories about what is going on in our re-design.                                        B)  We will also have parent/family nights each semester, as well               as student led parent/teacher conferences by appointment.                   C)  School and Community newspapers will be used as an avenue               for communicating with all JC community members                                                                                                                             D)  Staff meetings and team/cluster meetings will discuss               pertinent topics related to SBG/pacing on a weekly or bi-weekly               basis.</title>

A critical part of this will be the inclusion of all staff, even those not piloting a re-design model.</title>
