Some teachers didn't seem very welcoming and didn't care if the students were listening. It was rare to see kids come in ready to learn. The posters on the room helped them learn because when they were looking around the classroom they were reading the posters and learning them. Other teachers offered their desks to the paras or observes while they walked around helping the students. The kids would always moving. Everyone seemed happy and excited when they were around their friends. The teachers were communicating with students in the hallways and having conversations with the other teaches.
