         <description><![CDATA[<p>Baking soda and vinegar react with each other because of an acid base reaction. </p><p>Baking soda is a bicarbonate (a salt) and vinegar is an acetic acid (the acid that gives vinegar its characteristic taste. </p><p>The pure acid is a colorless viscous liquid or glassy solid). </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><span>People can make their own bottle rocket made from baking soda and vinegar.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>You can do this by putting baking soda in a rolled up piece of paper and adding vinegar to a empty bottle.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Then you put the two together, cork it, and shake it up to see the rocket go as high as it can. </span></p>]]></description>

         <title>Exchanging Protons</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><span>Baking soda and vinegar react with each other because they exchange atoms. </span></p><p><span>They exchange a proton and in this reaction baking soda acts as the base and takes a proton away from vinegar which is an acid. </span></p><p><span>The reaction releases gas when the baking soda gains a proton it transforms into water and carbon dioxide.</span></p><p><span><br></span></p>]]></description>
