Students set the reward for each time they fill the jars. 3 pom poms means the class was class was outstanding. 2 pom poms means the class was  good but had a couple of lack in judgement or behavior. 1 pom pom means the class did not follwo directions, were no on their best behavior and could do better. Classes can also earn pom poms in transitions, specials, and recess. Our goal is to build the best inclusive academic environment for our students to feel safe and be willing to to take risks with the potential of failure.
