"All screen activities are linked to less happiness, and all nonscreen activities are linked to more happiness." (Twenge 263)

In other words, kids who spend more time using screens are more likely to be sad, while teens who use screens less frequently are typically happier. I believe It's critical to find balance in the digital world of social media and cell phones.

I agree because a large portion of this generation prefers to stick to themselves and be antisocial rather than go out and make friends. One significant factor that set millennials apart from other members of this generation was how much they used and relied on technology, which had a negative impact on social contact.
