         <description><![CDATA[<p> For me one of the many ways to manage my time is when I get up I divide my time in everything I am going to do during the day, for example, in the morning I work until the time I have to go to class and in the afternoon I also organize the rest of the day.</p><p><br/></p><p> Another tip is to use tools such as phone alarms, because if you forget a task you have to do during the day, you can set them to help you remember.</p><p><br/></p><p> And the last one is to put time in everything where you are going to do it and how to do it, knowing what you have to do and having everything ready to do it saves you time as opposed to doing something improvised.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>usually when I gonna left my house I wake up two hours before, I feel like I'm early to everything, it's the way that makes easier for me.</p><p><br/></p><p>Also in my calendary's phone I can put a reminder for when I need somenthing or when I gonna to the doctor, priorities and important thing.</p><p><br/></p><p>Many times I spend my time looking at my phone, when I should be exercising or reading a book, but they are not really hobbies that I currently have.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think that waking up early is a good way to have effective time management.  By starting the day earlier, you take advantage of the morning hours, which are usually calmer and conducive to concentration. </p><p><br/></p><p>I also think that creating a daily list of objectives can help you manage your time more effectively by providing structure and prioritizing your tasks. This makes it easier to plan the day, allowing you to prioritize tasas and set goals.</p><p><br/></p><p>And finally, advance a long-term activity.  By anticipating and starting activities early, you can avoid the pressure of looming deadlines, allowing you to distribute work more evenly.  This not only reduces stress, but also provides flexibility to deal with unforeseen events.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
