Hi all, for some reasons my brain took over and highjacked priorities, leaving me kind of numb. I came to realise that having no/limited sensations (or bypassing them) leads to no/ignored feelings, no passions and ultimatly no directions. While my brain pushes me forward (running a marathon, biking across Europe, climbing Mont-Blanc), I'd like to do so ALSO taping on inner drive and gut feelings, thereby setting the right priorities.
