Zinc batteries can be a huge innovation but it is much weaker than lithium batteries they are much healthier or entirely switch to hydrogen power which is entirely powered by water! This means we can drive normally without producing any kind of pollution while getting around normally. Using hydrogen means we don't waste minerals and people in the DRC don't have to mine for as many materials as they do now.

In the end, people will not change even if there’s proof that electric cars are bad. People will still buy these cars and not care. But if we try we can make a difference. Stop buying electric cars and buy hydrogen.
