It’s been great getting to know the fellows, learning about their projects, and helping guide them as they discover what Production Engineering is all about. Every year brings new faces, fresh ideas, and unique challenges, and I’ve loved being part of each fellow’s journey. Thank you to all the amazing fellows for your curiosity, hard work, and for making this such an awesome experience.
