Carbon dioxide is the leading air pollutant and is released through cars, planes, power plants, etc. Some other air pollutants are released through cows, aerosols, volcanoes, and a lot more, it isn't just transportation. On a personal level you can reduce air pollution by driving less, and flying less. On a global scale, governments are measuring emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases to set a limit we can put on it.

This climate might move to different places in the world.
