In this video we have an acceptance speech given by Israel A during the sports prizegiving. Throughout his speech he was bringing up many sports legends such as David Tua, Joseph Parker. Israel was given a massive platform on the big screen to have the opportunity to bring light to certain topics.

The video was a ramble of Israel trying to create change, and how he is trying to reach out the the upcoming leaders in New Zealand. He is also a huge advocator for bringing light to the indigenous culture of Aotearoa.

This live prizegiving, was taken place in the home grounds of the long white cloud.

From this speech, this is linked back to culture within the sports industry because Israel preaches about wanting to show more colour on the big screen. So that the younger generation can see someone they can relate to.

This video of Bayern Munich focussing on sadio mane is about the fact that he chose not to have a cup of beer along with all of his numerous teammates. Voiding pressure in order to keep up with his beliefs. He defended his Muslim beliefs against those who didn’t agree very much. This brought a lot of disorder and confusion among the people there. But he also gained a lot of respect from many people around the globe. This took place in Munich, Germany, in August this year and has made many headlines since. This is linked to someone’s religious beliefs and the way they can and do affect some traditions in sports. Which is respected as their culture and religion goes back a lot further than the sports traditions. We personally believe that this was a great show of courage and respect to his beliefs.

7 players Josh Aloaia, Jason Saab, Christian Tuipulotu, Joosh Schuster, Haumole Olakau'atu, Tolutau Koula and Toafofoa Sipley, these players were opposed to wearing the jersey due to their religious beliefs and stood down from the match.
The coach apologised to the media saying sorry for the "poor" execution execution in unveiling a pride jersey as part of an inclusivity initiative which has resulted in a boycott by seven players. This video helps spread awareness of how different peoples religions have different beliefs, in this video they discuss how the Manly Sea Eagles team have players who's religions doesn't believe with homosexuality. They stood against wearing the pride jersey that was designed for the team. The news reporters discuss how many people in society are always going to have different looks and opinion on things and having a Religion can have a part of that.
