What a funny old year it’s been. If you would have told me that at the end of 2020 my garage would be a prayer room. I would not believed it.

My garage has been a gym, storage for gardeners equipment, place for friends to store stuff as they downsized and a storage place for one of my Churches Ministries and now a Prayer room

During first Lockdown was zooming with a friend about how our prayer lives were growing as we had more time  in prayer. Over several calls we talked about 24/7 and how good it would be to have a prayer room more locally. One time without even thinking about it I said - Why don’t we turn my garage into a Prayer room ! 

Within weeks we had prayed and cleaned garage and in October the building work started. Despite issues with materials because of Covid it was finished in December. 

Starting a Prayer room during a Pandemic is not ideal. So we are expecting it to be a slow build up. But the room already has a lovely atmosphere. 

I am reminded of the boy that shared his lunch with Jesus, who then multiplied it. We as a team have just brought what we have and we are waiting to see what He does. We pray it will be a place of Peace, Presence and Power. So come and see it when you can we are in Bagshot,Surrey.
